Randy Quaid' and his wife Evi Quaid are fugitives from justice that have taken up residence in Vancouver, British Columbia. The Quaids were originally charged with vandalizing a home they use to own in Montecito Calif. The couple failed to make a court appearance on November 10th 2010. Federal officials so far haven't ordered in extradition in the case. American Surety has been ordered by Santa Barbara County Superior court judge Frank Ochoa to pay 1,000,000 forfeiting the two bail bond amounts of 500,000 for each of the Quaids. American surety is considering an appeal. The original amount the couple posted for was 100,000 but after missing four court hearings the amount was increased to 500,000 each.
